Simple on the surface.

Everything Laterbase does to keep up with you: saving from anywhere, one box for everything, dates that behave, finding it again, your iPhone, and your data, on your Mac.

Saving takes a second.

Before you've pressed ↵, Laterbase knows what it is and where it goes. Press it, and you're back to what you were doing.

Laterbase does both, because it knows what each thing is. Reminders ring, dates go on your calendar, things to buy go on Shopping, and links keep what the page said.

And the small things that keep it effortless.

Pictures, read for you

Paste a screenshot or snap a photo and Laterbase reads the words in it, so you can find it by what it says.

Links that explain themselves

Save a link and it reads the page: the place, the price, the recipe.

Several things at once

“Call Sam and book the MOT” becomes two things, each filed on its own.

Keyboard first

⌃⌥Space from anywhere, ⌘K in the window, ↑↓ and ↵ for the rest.

Take it back

Every save comes with Undo, and anything filed can be moved in a click.

Documents from your agents

Long research from an agent arrives as a document, filed next to everything else.

Not now

Put anything out of sight until you want it. It comes back on its own.

What you did, too

“Paid the plumber £180” is kept as a record, with the date, for the day you need to know when.

Yours, on your Mac.

Your Laterbase lives on your Mac, and works offline. The cloud is a copy, so it's on your iPhone too.

Works offline

Saving always works. Without a connection, things are filed by their words alone.

One account, every device

Your private Laterbase account keeps your Mac and iPhone the same, change by change.

Agents see what you allow

Each agent gets its own access, and hidden spaces stay hidden.

Sensitive things stay put

Things marked sensitive are kept from your agents.

Questions

How do I save things?

Press ⌃⌥Space in any app and type, say or paste it. Drop a file or a picture on the tile at the edge of your screen, save the page you're looking at, or use Shortcuts and Siri. On iPhone, tap the mic. Your agents can save things too, with your OK.

What can I save?

Anything you'll want later: links and the pages behind them, places, recipes, books, films, products, screenshots and photos, notes, documents from your agents, and the to-dos, reminders, dates and shopping that come with them. Type it, say it or paste it.

Is there an iPhone app?

Yes, in early access. Say what's on your mind on the move and it's filed before your phone's back in your pocket, then waiting on your Mac. Today, your spaces and search come with you.

Does it work offline?

Saving does. Without a connection, Laterbase files things by their words alone.

Where is my data kept?

On your Mac, and in your private Laterbase account so it's on your iPhone too. To file and find things, what you save is sent to Laterbase's AI to work out where it belongs. Agents only see what you let them, and you can hide a space from them entirely.

What do I need?

A Mac with Apple silicon running macOS 14 Sonoma or later.

Put it in the Laterbase. It'll be there when you need it.
