Your AI works from the same place.
Claude, ChatGPT and your other agents read what you've kept before they start, and file what they find where it belongs. No more pasting the background in, and no more research lost in old chats.
Ask for research and it's filed in the right space, next to everything else you've kept. No more reports lost in old chats.
Your agents propose. You approve.
Each agent gets the access you give it, and you can change your mind at any time. Whatever it does is on the record.
Asks you first
It reads what it's allowed to. Anything it saves waits in your Inbox until you approve it.
Saves freely
Its saves go straight in, filed like anything you typed.
Only reads
It can read and search, and can't change a thing.
Off
It sees nothing at all.
Hidden spaces
Keep a space to yourself: hide it from one agent or from all of them, and they can't see it or search it.
Every move on record
What each agent read, added and ticked off, with the time, in its activity.
Saved words are data
Agents are told that what a saved page or a note says is information, never instructions to follow.
Nine small tools. Nothing to explain.
Agents don't need to know how you organise. They hand things over and Laterbase files them, and when they need context, one call brings back everything about the topic.
briefEverything you've kept about a topic, in one call, before it starts.
addSaves one thing, filed exactly as if you'd typed it into the box.
save_documentKeeps long research or a plan as a document, in the right space.
searchSearches everything, including documents and what saved pages say.
spacesYour spaces, with what each is for, its dates and what's in it.
spaceEverything in one space: to do, dated, kept, to get, and done.
todayToday's to-dos, reminders and events, and what's left from earlier.
completeTicks off a to-do, a reminder or a thing to buy.
moveMoves a card along a board, from one column to the next.
Agents are asked to call brief first, so they start from what you've kept rather than from scratch.
Not another AI memory.
AI memory guesses what matters from everything you say. Laterbase starts from what you decided to keep, which is why it stays accurate, current and safe to share.
Connected in a minute.
Copy one sentence from Laterbase's settings, paste it into your agent, and it sets itself up. Anything that speaks MCP works the same way.
- On your Mac
Claude Desktop and Claude Code connect to Laterbase directly, on your Mac.
- Everywhere else
Claude.ai, ChatGPT and agents on your phone connect to your Laterbase account, after you sign in and allow them.
- Claude Code
There's a plugin, with a skill that teaches it to brief first and keep long writing as one document.
Questions about agents
Which agents can connect?
Any agent that speaks MCP, including Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Muse, Instinct, Hermes, OpenClaw and Eve. They can add things, save documents, search, see your spaces and today's list, and tick things off.
Isn't this just AI memory?
No. AI memory pulls facts about you out of your chats, and you can't always see or fix what it decided. Laterbase keeps the things you chose to keep, where you can see and change every one, and your agents read from that, with your permission.
Where is my data kept?
On your Mac, and in your private Laterbase account so it's on your iPhone too. To file and find things, what you save is sent to Laterbase's AI to work out where it belongs. Agents only see what you let them, and you can hide a space from them entirely.
Put it in the Laterbase. It'll be there when you need it.
